SRI LANKA

Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon) is an island nation south of India in the Indian Ocean. Its diverse landscapes range from rainforest and arid plains to highlands and sandy beaches. It’s famed for its ancient Buddhist ruins, including the 5th-century citadel Sigiriya, with its palace and frescoes. The city of Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s ancient capital, has many ruins dating back more than 2,000 years.

Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, has a long history as a port on ancient east-west trade routes, ruled successively by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. That heritage is reflected in its its architecture, mixing colonial buildings with high-rises and shopping malls. The imposing Colombo National Museum, dedicated to Sri Lankan history, borders sprawling Viharamahadevi Park and its giant Buddha.

ITINERARY

05 NIGHTS / 06 DAYS LEISURE TRIP TO SRI LANKA.

Day 01, Delhi – Srilanka- Kandy

0900 Hrs             Assemble at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and proceed for airport formalities and Board Flight.

1240 Hrs             Departure from Kolkata to Srilanka

1540 Hrs             Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport and proceed for immigration formalities. After baggage claim our tour Managers will assist you to Board the coaches. And depart for Kandy.

Enroute visit to Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage

1900 Hrs            Arrival in Kandy, Check-in at hotel

21:00 Hrs           Cocktail Dinner at Hotel

Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2,  Kandy- Sightseeing

0800 Hrs             Breakfast at the hotel.

0900 Hrs             Proceed towards visit to Kandy Temple, Peradeniya Botanical Garden, Cultural Show.

1300 Hrs:           Lunch and proceed towards Gem Museum & Gem Shop.

Evening return back to hotel.

2000 Hrs             Dinner at Hotel & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3,  Kandy-Bentota

0800 Hrs             Breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed towards Bentota, upon arrival lunch at restaurant/hotel. Bentota water sports activity (01 round of Jet ski, 01 round of Banana boat and 01 round of Ringo)  day at beach, evening transfer to hotel. Check-in and Dinner at hotel.

Day 4,  Bentota City Tour

0800 Hrs             Breakfast at hotel,

1000 Hrs:           Proceed towards Turtle farm and Bentota City Tour.

1400 Hrs:           Lunch at Hotel

2000 Hrs:           Dinner at Hotel & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 5 Colombo- Sightseeing

0900 Hrs:           Breakfast at hotel, check-out and proceed towards Colombo, upon arrival city tour of Colombo, lunch and free time for shopping drop. Evening return back to hotel.

2000 Hrs             Dinner at hotel & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6 Colombo-Departure

0530 Hrs:           Breakfast at hotel, check-out and proceed towards airport.

0825 Hrs:           Departure from Colombo

1125 Hrs:           Arrival in Kolkata
